How intake works

Step 1

Counsel register with a firm email. People representing themselves can skip this and use the guest request instead. The portal is for process-service intake only — not investigation, locate, or surveillance matters.

Step 2

Submit the serve

Upload the court packet, identify the parties and case, and give the serve-at address plus any special instructions or deadline.

Step 3

Price, then pay

Listed Escambia and Santa Rosa ZIP codes price from the published rate card. All other addresses, including Mobile and the I-10 corridor, go to quote.

Step 4

Track the file

Status moves Submitted → Accepted → Attempting → Served or Non-service. Affidavits post to the job when service is complete.

Published rates

Fixed rates for listed Escambia and Santa Rosa ZIP codes. Florida process serving, when separately stated, is generally not sales-taxed. Stripe checkout is configured with tax off.
